For 15+ years, David has led winning political and advocacy campaigns for candidates, progressive organizations and Fortune 25 companies. One of Obama’s first hires in 2007, David led the campaign in the successful NV, CT, and WI primaries, and managed a $50 million general election program. As a consultant, he has built innovative programs that bridge data, tech, politics and advocacy.
VICKY HAUSMAN — Founder and Co-CEO / Business
A strategist and entrepreneur, Vicky has built her career at the intersection of business and social justice. Most recently, she was a Partner with Dalberg, where she led the firm’s Americas business and its global health practice. Vicky started her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer, and was previously a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
TRENT ARMITAGE — Program Director
Trent is an experienced operative with a focus on down-ballot races. He was Executive Director of the Virginia House Democratic Caucus for multiple cycles, including leading the effort in the historic 15-seat pickup in the 2017. Most recently, he served as Senior Political Desk at House Majority PAC in 2018 when Democrats re-took the majority in the U.S. House.
CHINA DICKERSON — National Political Director
China has almost two decades of experience in political campaigns, community development, and government. Her career includes service with the Peace Corps in El Salvador and as manager of state engagement at EMILY's List. Most recently, China was Senior Advisor for Dionne Reeder for DC City Council and Campaign Manager for now Congresswoman Lauren Underwood.
AARON MARQUEZ — Western States Director
Aaron's career has been dedicated to public service and social change. He deployed twice to the war in Afghanistan, in 2012 and 2016 with the U.S. Army. In Arizona, he led Veterans Outreach efforts for the Office of U.S. Congressman Ruben Gallego and was the Political Director for Arizona’s Attorney General, Terry Goddard during his 2010 run for governor.
ETHAN ROEDER — Campaigns Director
A national leader in political data and strategy, Ethan served as the National Data Director for President Obama’s presidential campaigns in both 2008 and 2012. He has also managed civic data and research initiatives with Google, Pew Charitable Trusts, and Atlantic Philanthropies.
BEN WEXLER-WAITE — Communications Director
Ben has led Forward Majority's communications efforts since 2017, helping to unseat dozens of entrenched incumbents. He previously served as a spokesman for the Hub Project and a number of top-tier national campaigns, including Senator Jeanne Shaheen's upset 2014 reelection victory against Scott Brown.
